The Role  

This role provides technical expertise and functional support to the bp Business Functions. The applications specialist will support the key stakeholders while minimizing workarounds. This role is a key support position for our clients.

User Management analyst role Execute, manage and monitor requests to add, change, delete user access  Monitor user management SLAs Provide feedback on user definition to Segment team Manage leaver/joiner process Perform role mapping for future backbone releases  Ensure segregation of duties are followed Ensure DOA aligns with role and duties Act as liaison to trainers
