As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will lead the way in developing and maintaining cutting-edge, sustainable software solutions. Your primary focus will be on ambitious new product and project development initiatives from the ground up, including research and development. You will pioneer the creation of inventive features, enhance capabilities, and fortify security and reliability, all aimed at delivering an unparalleled user experience.

With a habit of producing clean, reusable code, the Ruby on Rails developer will architect solutions that meet requirements and endure the test of time, ensuring seamless maintenance and scalability. Your responsibilities include shaping product roadmaps, collaborating on feature and UI design, and providing accurate estimations and time tracking for development tasks. Furthermore, you will engage with global development partners, showcasing your agility and expertise in server architecture and online software recovery methods.

3+ years of solid proficiency in Ruby and Rails Extensive experience in API development Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, especially Git Familiarity with other backend development technologies Strong SQL and database knowledge Previous experience with SaaS products Bonus points for familiarity with web markup, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
