The Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

What we'll need you to bring

Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care. Excellent communication skills. Good organisational and planning skills. Understanding of a range of procedures and processes. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure. Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times

It would be great if you also have

Previous clerical experience in NHS Database skills

Contract type

Permanent Part Time 18.6 hours

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in PCIP Admin Department within Ladyhome Hospital, Douglas

The working pattern for this role will be Monday to Thursday PM and Friday AM
