We are currently working with a leading specialistbusiness based in Slough.

Due to growth, theyare seeking a Client Liaison Executive to join their customerservices department working in their laboratory environment. Thisrole is offered on a temp-permbasis.

Responsibilities willinclude:

Ensure all queries and calls aredealt with in a professional, accurate and timelymanner.
Manage customer and lab requirements using theLaboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Ensurecouriers perform collections for customer samples.
Ensureall work is carried out to the highest standard.
Liaisewith the team to ensure all reports are sent to the client ontime.
Ensure that clients are kept up to date withupdates and changes.

The ideal candidate willbe able to demonstrate:

Excellentcommunication skills and be confident when dealing withcustomers.
Be able to work within set targets and goals,and be able to manage expectations.
Have a good eye fordetail and understand fully the business processes.
Beable to work well in a team, with an open, honest and approachablecharacter.

Hours for this role are 9am - 5pmMonday to Friday with 30 minutes forlunch.
