As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people

Our residential service Peel House in Melksham is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them watching films or going to the cinema.

Activities in house are:

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license as it is preferred that to drive the company vehicles to help the people we support get out and about, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with You will supporting people with Learning disabilities, complex health needs, peg fed, insulin, epilepsy and Cpap.
