Moreabout your role
This willbe a dual site role with both of our sites in Exeter.
The role of the Sales Executive is to discover and pursuenew leads, as well as building and maintaining the sales pipeline.They should be able to negotiate deals whilst maintaining customersatisfaction through the sales process. The Sales Executive willhave excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing themto be comfortable reaching out to our customers in person. Theyshould be target-driven, competitive and a team player, with adrive to meet or exceed sales volumes, rates and prices. Ultimatelythe Sales Executive will help us to meet and surpass businessexpectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainablegrowth through sales.
Through yourcommitment to putting customer experience first, you will securebuyers and tenants for our mixed tenure development. We hope thatyou'll find our approach to marketing and sales refreshing; we'rejust as interested in assessing a customer's feedback on theirexperience with you than we are simply about how many sales you'veachieved.

It isessential that you have one years' experience in sales.We need someone that has the knowledge andpassion we require to market this exciting development. You willalso possess excellent administration skills and can keep allpaperwork up to date. It is a pre-requisite that you haveexcellent communication skills and that you can influence in apositive manner. Ultimately you will understand what good customerservice looks like and will have a real interest in making adifference to people's lives through the work that youdo.
