We have anexciting opportunity for an Estimator to join our fastgrowingMinor Civils and Potholes team. Working aspart of our Rail and Infrastructure division you will beresponsible for providing commercial estimates to our clientsregarding a range of technical requirementsincluding:

  • Potholerepairs
  • ConcreteRepairs
  • Drainage channelsand manhole covers; repairs orreplacements.
  • Linemarking

Whatyoull achieve:

  • Exceeding clientsexpectations by understanding their needs while ensuring KeyPerformance Indicators regarding quote return areachieved.
  • Collectinformation on client needs and technical requirements to confirmsolutions and provide detailed and accurate quotes regardingservice costing and timeimplications.
  • Engage withand calculate associated costs for our field teams to carry outidentified work.
  • Keepingdetailed and thorough records of all relevant communications andamendments regarding any submitted pricing and quotations deliveredto our clients.
  • Analysinglarge tenders to assess whether we participate or not(bid/nobid)
  • Gathering allrequired information (as above) to enable completion of these largetenders from start tosignoff.
  • Updating clientportals as required whilst analysing records of number of quotesproduced business won from them and identifying trends regardingbusiness that has not beenconverted.

Thisis a fully flexible remote base / hybrid role so you can be basedanywhere in thecountry.

Weare welcoming applications from experienced Estimators who arelooking for the next step in their career or someone is a detailfocused commercial role looking for a change in direction.

Knowledge of pricing and time implicationsregarding carrying out minor civils works is ideal as well asexcellent time management skills and the ability to be largelyselfmanaging.

Above everything we are lookingfor someone with a keen eye for detail and accuracy who is able toprioritise a fluctuating workload whilst returning tenders to ourclients on time with exemplary levels ofaccuracy.
