With that in mind, Klick Health is opening offices in key global markets, and hiring people from those markets who value the health of their communities.The Regional Strategy Lead, is responsible for contributing in-market knowledge and insight to development of strategies and brand building capabilities. This requires expertise in research methods, competitive landscape analysis, positioning, creative brief and creative concept development, and communication strategy and message development. This role plays a critical role in driving new business growth and pitch narratives. This role provides strategic leadership and continuity to the team and client. Works in collaboration with the SVP, Unified Strategy Enablement and Experience Lead who is tasked with enabling and implementing the unified strategy model on the global stage with initial focus on operationalizing in the market. Therefore, this role would function as the regional Strategy lead for the team and clients as we move beyond the scale-up period of our Global Unified Strategy model.
Responsibilities and Duties
Learn and utilize Klick’s proprietary frameworks and strategic processes to deliver differentiated, value-added strategic work within Partner with regional MD to provide leadership in business development efforts Develops Brand Beacon, Provocation Briefs, Brand Building Workshops, etc. Adapt Klick’s brand building templates and frameworks to meet client needs Work in close partnership with SVP, Global Strategy - Unified Strategy Enablement & Experience Lead, to develop strategy work Forms deep relationships and partnerships with ECD, CS, Medical, and PM Develops relationships with day-to-day clients Serves as a thought leader internally and externally on dynamics, specie market needs, audience needs, and audience preferences Stays in close contact with US based strategy leads Ensures quality work/makes time to coach and brainstorm with reports Helps to evaluate talent team-wide and determine promotion readiness Participates in recruiting and interviewing for the team Contribute to the development and management of scopes of work and staffing plans Manages workflow, anticipate/manage resource spikes related to brand building projects Helps to adapt Klick’s culture to the local and in-office culture of the hub Use regional contacts to help grow relationships with potential clients and identify and secure new business opportunities

Educator: Must be a patient coach and knowledge sharer to help others acclimate and appreciate the cultural dynamics that underpin market dynamics, client behaviors, and strategies University Degree, focus in Business, Science, Behavioral Science, or Anthropology 8-10+ Years Brand Strategy Experience Broad range of therapeutic area expertise across both consumer and HCP audiences Superior client presentation & facilitation skills Creative problem solving skills with a passion for innovation Strong leadership ability with clients and internal teams Ability to see the big picture and know how to influence it with the smallest details Creative problem solving skills with a passion for brand building Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment Proven ability to help grow and establish an office and obtain new clients #LI-AS1, #LI-Hybrid-
