TheRole:
In the position ofTeam Leader you will be instrumental in mentoring and guidingjunior staff while ensuring that the highest standards of qualityand accuracy are maintained. Your key responsibilities willinclude:

  • Overseeingand reviewing management accounts for both UK and multinationalcompanies providing expert support andguidance.
  • Offeringinsightful advice on VAT and PAYE matters including thoroughreviews of monthly quarterly and annual VATreturns.
  • Supportingstartups comprehensively throughout their financial journey byproviding crucial guidance and financialsupport.
  • Leadingthe implementation of innovative accounting and computerizedfinancialsystems.
  • ManagingUK financial reporting for various entities including limitedcompanies LLPs partnerships and soletraders.
  • Fosteringthe development of your team through training reviews andmentorship.
  • Strengtheningclient relationships by offering expert advice across a wide rangeof businesstopics.

RequirementsTheideal candidate willpossess:

  • Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.
  • Arecent accountancy qualification with comprehensive knowledge ofmanagementaccounting.
