Role Summary:
As a Senior Bathroom Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' bathroom spaces. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed to the highest standard. You will collaborate closely with our design and project management teams, contributing your skills to bring beautiful, functional bathroom designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and carry out the installation of bathroom suites, ensuring precision and high-quality workmanship
- Interpret and work from detailed design plans and drawings
- Manage on-site installation teams, coordinating tasks and ensuring timelines are met
- Conduct site assessments and advise on materials, fixtures, and fitting requirements
- Handle demonstrations and testing of installations to ensure they meet required standards
- Resolve any onsite issues or challenges promptly and effectively
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Provide professional advice and support to clients throughout the installation process

Essential:
- Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter, with a solid portfolio of completed projects- Expertise in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry related to bathroom installations
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical plans and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage teams and sub-contractors effectively
- Full UK driving licence

Desirable:
- City & Guilds or NVQ qualifications in relevant trade areas- Experience in high-end bathroom installations
- Knowledge of contemporary bathroom design trends
- Proficiency in using project management software
