We are looking for a person to be home/groom rider
We are looking for someone who is responsible and reliable and able to work horses whilst we are a way at shows we are looking for some one who has had a good back ground in flat work on dressage eventing showjumping yards riding. Have excellent knowledge of different training methods to keep horses working well and enjoying their daily routine and improving their well being and engagement in their daily work routine.Must have a good understanding of fittening work and feeding regimes to go along side work and shows they will be doing and able to exercise \ hack out and maintain their level of fitness.Excellent knowledge and understanding of lunging and good handling skills from the ground.Be well organised and can work in a team providing good communication skills with other staff being very organised and be willing to also help with other areas of yard work when required with the day to day running tacking up and doing off prepping clipping travel to shows and occasionally required to cover shows when staff are on holiday which may at times be a stay away show. ectmust have excellent attituded to the standard of work and being able turn out to very high standard and keeping the yard and areas clean and tidy.
no pets but a horse may be allowed Non-smoker preferred but not essential.Must be organised and able to work to routine daily tasks.be well motivated in the team and able to keep well organised yard
