Job Description: They are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the finishing phase of the construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within the specified timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of finishing trades, including painters, carpenters, and tilers.Ensure all finishing work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control.Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the finishing phase.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any changes to the project scope.Provide training and guidance to finishing team members as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
