About the role:

We are looking for a confident and conscientious individual to undertake the role of Apprentice within our Neighbourhood Warden and have 3 full time posts available.

You will:

Ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the area, becoming a visible and accessible focal point for all neighbourhood issues. Assist in providing a safe and well-maintained environment in the area, with the aim of improving the quality of life to all local people. Support, monitor and report upon block/neighbourhood services provided, working in close partnership with other divisions and agencies. Assist in the promotion of Community Safety, environmental improvements, and contribute to community development. Help maintain neighbourhoods and support the Neighbourhood Warden Service by carrying out relevant compliance checks and health and safety inspections within the neighbourhood and the communal areas of the tower and walk-up blocks Help deliver the improvement works across the districts, ensuring service quality, resident satisfaction and value for money are always maintained. Carry out a range of activities including health and safety, building maintenance, customer service and teamwork.

You will be working towards the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative apprenticeship with Hopwood Hall College. The duration of this apprenticeship is 18 months with 3 months for the End Point Assessment
