We are recruiting community support workers and care assistants in Sheerness and the surrounding area to cover regular day shifts.

As a care assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term basis with one or a small number of clients. Plus, benefit from a fixed rota and the option of overtime.

What can we offer support workers? 

We support care assistants and community support workers who want to grow their skills and progress within the company

Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.

If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.

Care Assistant Requirements: 

  • At least 6 months of UK-based experience in providing personal care,
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • A minimum commitment of 24 hours a week.
