We are looking for teachers at all stages in their careers, whether you are an experienced professional or a newly qualified teacher looking for your first assignments. As a Mathematics teacher on our team, you’ll have access to a range of roles suited to your skill set, goals, and availability.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to the needs of various student abilities and learning styles.
- Assess Student Progress: Regularly monitor, assess, and provide feedback on students' academic performance.
- Adapt and Inspire: Motivate and inspire students, helping them to grasp complex mathematical concepts and develop a genuine interest in the subject.
- Support and Collaboration: Work closely with other teaching staff, school administration, and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere, encouraging respectful behavior and focus on learning.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialization in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Strong Subject Knowledge in Mathematics, with the ability to teach up to GCSE level (A-Level experience is a plus).
- Excellent Communication Skills to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
- Flexibility and Adaptability to seamlessly step into various school environments and teaching roles.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one prior to placement).
