Compliance: Follow company procedures and implement effective controls to maintain compliance.

Preventative Maintenance: Support the preventative maintenance strategy by performing predictive, preventative, and repair tasks as required.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out PPMs as per schedule to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

Troubleshooting: Identify faults, investigate production issues, and perform quick and efficient repairs to minimize downtime.

Contractor Management: Supervise external contractors, ensuring they meet contractual commitments and comply with site operating processes.

Liaison: Act as the point of contact for external contractors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Skills & Experience:

Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Ideally around 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance engineering role.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
