They will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care for residents, while also fostering a supportive and efficient work environment for the nursing team.  Are you excited to advance your nursing career with a fantastic, reputable care home in a friendly and professional environment?

The role:

  • You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
  • Ensure day-to-day residents take part in meaningful individualized activities and provide support for social inclusion.
  • Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
  • Keep clear and accurate records at all times.
  • Provide clinical care where this is required.
  • The opportunity to really get to know your residents and build positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Provide assistance to the Nurse manager and manage your team of nurses in the home

What we’re looking for:

  • You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse
  • +1 Year  Deputy Nurse Manager experience
  • You must have a valid NMC registration
