We are in search of acreative and experienced Chef to add flavour and innovation to ourkitchen team. This role demands a deep passion for food a flair forcreating exciting menus and a commitment to maintaining highstandards in food safety and quality. If you possess excellentculinary skills have experience in a professional kitchenenvironment and are ready to lead our kitchen team to newgastronomical heights this job is for you.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developinginnovative and seasonal menus that align with our restaurants themeand customer preferences.
  • Managing foodpurchasing and storage while keeping a keen eye on quality andcostefficiency.
  • Ensuring the kitchen operatesin a timely way that meets our qualitystandards.
  • Supervising kitchen staff includingtraining and overseeing their professionaldevelopment.
  • Maintaining high standards ofhygiene safety and cleanliness in accordance with legal and companyrequirements.

Additionalresponsibilities may be incorporated with respect to your expertiseand our establishments needs.

A dynamic Chef with proven experience in asimilar role who thrives in a fastpaced kitchen environment. Theideal candidate will be a creative problemsolver have excellentleadership skills and be able to inspire a team to achieve culinaryexcellence.

JobRequirements:
  • Professional culinaryqualification or equivalent.
  • Significantexperience working in a professionalkitchen.
  • Strong understanding of variouscooking methods ingredients equipment and kitchenprocedures.
  • Leadership skills with the abilityto manage and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility towork in shifts including weekends andevenings.
