Purpose

As an Employment Adviser, your purpose is to empower individuals facing multiple barriers to achieve sustainable employment. You will be a tenacious, organised, and innovative professional operating in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Your role centres around supporting participants, helping them create effective action plans, accessing necessary support, and guiding them toward meaningful employment opportunities. Your commitment to an "Employment First" approach involves collaborating with employers, facilitating job matching, job carving, and reasonable adjustments, ultimately ensuring that participants achieve and maintain employment.

Essential:

You will have:

5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development (E) Experience Experience in successfully managing and progressing clients or customers meet agreed goals and ambitions Knowledge of the local labour market  Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
