Production Supervisor

Salary: $3500/month + OT
Working Hours: 10 hours/day
Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Duties:
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor. Your duties will include:
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a production supervisor in the Rope Wire industry.
Experience in Rope Wire/Hose assembly is required.
Ability to lead effectively and manage a team of technicians to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.
Good communication skills to liaise with management, communicate production goals to the team, and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements
Oversee and coordinate all production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications by implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
Provide training and guidance to technicians to improve skills and enhance productivity.
Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a production supervisor in the Rope Wire industry.
Familiarity with Rope Wire/Hose assembly processes and equipment.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
