YourRole:

  • Supervise andcoordinate the activities of two small teams to deliver definedscopes of work.
  • Produce weekly and ad hocupdates/reports and contribute to departmentalmeetings.
  • Supervise the deployment andmaintenance of a range of monitoringSensors.
  • Planning andcoordinating resources and materials to support the programmes ofwork.
  • Effectivelycollaborate with other teams within thebusiness.

WhatWere Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Entry levelHealth and Safety Awareness e.g. CSCS Operative / IOSH WorkingSafely.
  • Experience:Background in the FM maintenance sector (commercialnot domestic) with a track record of delivering planned recurringactivities on schedule and supervising teams to complete specificwork packages.
  • Skills: Strong proactivecommunication and interpersonal skills as well as proficiency inall Office 365 applications. A professional work ethic and a focuson excellent customer service are essential. Applicants must havestrong attention to detail embodying a completer/finishermentality. A proactive team player who is eager to learn newskills.
  • DrivingLicence: Full UK valid drivinglicencerequired.
