Who we are…

A country pub near Winchester, is seeking a Chef de Party.
 This much loved local pub was fully refurbished in 2023, opening with
a new farm shop, café/deli
and rooms above. With its
7 log burners and 40 cover outdoor courtyard the pub’s vibe is as much in
season as our local produce on our menu.  



Package: upto
£33,000 + very good service charge 



You will be joining a fabulous business where you will have huge
scope to make a real impact. This
is a hands on role you will need to be a natural at developing a team of great
people around you.

the focal point.

The Role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team who is experienced in working in a fresh food high volume kitchens high quality food. As a Chef with us you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at in professional kitchens. This position is exciting and has future development due to the small size of the team you will have a lot on but it will be very rewarding. 

This is a business offering morning coffees to local walkers and open until late on the weekend and you should be happy working in a busy late night pub and able to get to and from work in this village setting outside Winchester.

This is a full time role, working across 5 days per week, with two consecutive days off per week and 28 days holiday entitlement.
