The Role ofKit Coordinator

Reporting to the BTeam Kit Manager the Kit Coordinator will support with theprovision of providing highquality apparel and equipment on bothtraining and match days to both players and coaching staff of allteams at Brentford FC.

Having an eye for detailand being extremely well organised the successful candidate willhave a flexible approach be adaptable and able to work underpressure as well as being a teamplayer a good communicator and havethe ability to provide effective assistance with full kitoperation.

MainAccountabilities

  • Assistwith daily provision of Academy training kit and equipment liaisingwith the B Team Kit Manger and coachingstaff.
  • Use the relevant tools to ensure match& training kits are printed for players and staff withinappropriate timescales.
  • Organising anddistributing trialist kits to players of allages.
  • Ensure training and match equipment issupplied to required specifications e.g. training and match ballsare of the correct ball pressure.
  • Dailylaundering of match and training kits working alongside otherswithin the team
  • Daily set up of changing roomswithin the training ground to the requiredstandard.
  • Changing of laundry cleaning productsand cylinder for clothing dryers.
  • Working withothers in the team to ensure boot change kit rooms and laundryareas are kept clean and tidy and organised to a professionalstandard.
  • Manage kit and equipment at U18matches when required to do so.
  • Assist in kitoperation at B Team matches when required to doso.
  • Provide cover or assistance for B team andU18 training as required.
  • Carry outadministrative tasks related to kit and equipment as required suchas printing of operation sheets and stockchecks.
  • Work on a weekly rota of early and latereport times.
  • Travel with the U18 squad whenrequired to do so(games/preseason/tours).
  • Assist in the setup ofthe U9U16 Academy programme.
  • Printing anddistribution of U9U16 training and match kits on a weeklybasis.
  • Ensure that any concerns you observe orare raised with you in your role are shared with the SafeguardingTeam through appropriate channels.
