Following a restructure to align our culture and improvement programmes, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to lead our new Strategy, Organisational Development and Strategic Improvement Team. We are currently finalising our Trust Strategy for 2024 - 2027. You will be responsible for operationalising strategy delivery, integrating OD initiatives and best-practice improvements to address cultural and process aspects of change. Main duties of the job

You will work alongside our Executive Team to deliver the Trust's strategic ambitions for the coming years. You will lead and manage key strategic programmes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver these. You will need to secure support and engagement with the programmes from all stakeholders, influencing and collaborating to achieve the desired results.

You willdrive cultural transformation in alignment with our overall strategy and values. You will oversee the creation and execution of employee engagement strategies to boost retention and workforce involvement. Focus areas will include talent management, career development and team effectiveness.

You will lead the design, delivery, and execution of large-scale strategic change and improvement programmes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Trust. You will ensure strategic programmes blend improvement and change management methodologies with organisational development strategies. You will seamlessly integrate programme and project management approaches to deliver key strategic initiatives, while tracking milestones, risks, and performance objectives.

You will have the ability to formulate long-term strategic plans, in an ever-changing landscape. As a specialist in strategy, organisational development and improvement, you will advise the organisation on policy implementation, best practice and developments in these areas.

Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies.
