We are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join the Private Property team in our Romsey office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a variety of clients. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Ideally you will have experience post qualification in residential property matters, to hit the ground running. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as:

Freehold and Leasehold sales Re mortgage Transfers of equity and new build matters

Whilst this role is based in our Romsey office there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the Private Property team based at our other offices.
