We’re looking for an People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team.

As a People & Culture Coordinator at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to supporting the People & Culture team with CV screening and distribution and ensuring job adverts are maintained. This role will liaise with candidates, booking and conducting interviews and ensuring our candidates receive an excellent recruitment experience. The People & Culture Coordinator will support the wider People & Culture team with pro-active recruitment efforts. You will undertake administration relating to the full employee life cycle, including but not limited to preparing offer letters, contracts and new starter paperwork, completing references and right to work checks. Support the successful on boarding and off boarding of colleagues across the hotel. Respond and handle colleague queries. Providing support to People & Culture team on projects and ad-hoc office tasks. Support the organisation and implementation of hotel wide engagement initiatives.

As a People & Culture Coordinator you will be working Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week. Your working hours will mainly be 9am to 5:30pm however your are expected to assist with colleague engagement and onboarding activities which might take place outside of these days and hours. 

To be a successful People & Culture Coordinator candidate , you will be looking to grow your career in HR, have a passion for people and hospitality and be highly organised. 

Previous experience within hospitality is advantageous, the ability to multi task and excellent written and verbal communication is required.
