Conference Producer - Housing Sector
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £30-35K, plus a 15% bonus tied to achieving targets
Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Conference Producer looking to work with a leading player in the housing sector? We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a team producing high-quality content for a portfolio of award-winning conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth industry research to shape event content that addresses key sector challenges.
- Working closely with marketing to create promotional strategies and engaging content for the events.
- Managing the speaker process, including identification, invitations, and coordination of materials.
- Overseeing event logistics and ensuring smooth execution during the event.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in conference production or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational ability, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
