This is a remote position.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated 360 Recruitment Guru to join our dynamic team. This role allows you to be a full-cycle recruitment powerhouse, managing the entire candidate journey from start to finish.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Savvy: Leverage your research and networking skills to uncover top talent for a variety of open positions across different sectors.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Become an expert at evaluating resumes and conducting effective candidate screenings to identify the best fit.
  • Interviewing Ace: Hone your interviewing skills to conduct in-depth interviews and accurately assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Offer Negotiation Champion: Negotiate competitive offers on behalf of your candidates, ensuring a win-win situation for both the candidate and the client.
  • Onboarding Expert: Guide and support new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new role.
  • Client Relationship Master: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and exceeding their expectations throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for building relationships and fostering successful placements.
