By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a gentleman in Ashton Under Lyne.

He loves listening to audiobooks, watching television dramas, and holds the Motor Neurone Disease Association close to his heart. He is seeking a caring and kind-hearted individual to join his team, someone he can connect and share his passions with.

In addition to delivering essential care for our service user, your role will also encompass providing companionship and support.

This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on the lives of others.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Main duties of the job

Pay Rates:

£ - £ per hour Approx. £ - £ (per 10-hour day shift) Approx. £ - £ (per 9-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

Part Time Days 20-30 Hours per week Full Time & Part Time Nights 11:00pm - 8:00am 2-3 shifts per week

Job responsibilities

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
