Environmental Monitoring Technician, SOCOTEC, East Kilbride (covering Scotland and northern England)
You will predominantly cover an area across Scotland, Cumbria and Tyneside.
Please note that interviews will be conducted out of our East Kilbride Office.
To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Environmental Compliance team operating from the East Kilbride office. Our network of regional offices provide national coverage, while our in-house accredited laboratories ensure the utmost integrity and quality of results.
We’re looking for an Environmental Field Technician to help deliver a wide variety of site based monitoring tasks including:
- Trade Effluent Sampling
- Water Quality Sampling
- Legionella Compliance Inspections
- Water Tank Disinfections
- Environmental Compliance Sampling
- Environmental Water Sampling
- Work upon safety critical client sites
- Assist with laboratory analysis as required
This role is an entry level position and full training will be provided. The role will involve significant travelling, driving and regular working away from home.
