You could be our next Sous Chef, with a standard working week of Monday to Wednesday plus additional weekend shifts as needed (estimated once per month on average).

The Westgate is looking for a passionate chef to support our head chef in scaling up our food offering. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner every day from our fresh gastro pub style menu.

Pay starting at £36,000 per annum, pro rata - plus tips and bonus 50% off food, drinks, and accommodation across all CPG sites

The Westgate sits in a commanding position at the top of historic Winchester high street and is far more than just a pub With 10 boutique bedrooms and one of Winchester's best kept secret garden's, the Westgate is the perfect spot for a quiet drink, private party, a romantic dinner for two or relaxed home away from home weekend away. Caring about people – on both sides of the bar – is what drives our success here at The Westgate and is what makes it such a great place to work.

Your standard working week will be: Monday to Wednesday, 8am until 9pm (including two paid breaks).
