Business Plus Promotions UK Limited, a leading company specializing in web development and digital marketing, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Cold Callers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about driving business growth through effective lead generation and cold calling strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our web development and digital marketing services, aiming to secure leads and appointments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and offerings to effectively communicate benefits and value to prospective clients.
  • Manage and update lead generation databases, ensuring accurate tracking of call outcomes and follow-up actions.
  • Work closely with the immediate manager to hand over warm leads for further development and closure.
  • Devote a specified number of hours weekly to cold calling efforts, with flexibility to adjust based on project needs.
  • Achieve targeted lead generation goals and contribute to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or a related field, preferably within the web development and digital marketing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
  • Native English speaker with a clear and professional phone manner, ideally with familiarity with the UK market.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management software is advantageous.
