We are recruiting for a Senior Clinical Practice Facilitator (Planned Care) who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. This is an An exciting opportunity for a 1 year secondment.

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise and manage your own work load. You will have proven management and clinical skills, be motivated, and have a keen interest in teaching/staff development.

The successful candidate will be highly visible, supporting the Division in the ongoing development/ training of staff to improve patient safety and practice standards.

You will be pivotal in devising, delivering and evaluating training programmes to support clinical staff of all grades and experience.

Main duties of the job

To maintain a high level of visibility within the clinical setting and build positive relationships, excellent communication and organizational skills.

Support the delivery and achievement of workforce development in line with Trust objectives, strategy and CQC requirements.

To devise, deliver and evaluate training programmes to ensure the professional development of all grades of nursing staff within planned care.

Provide leadership and expert clinical knowledge to a range of health professionals, working with minimal supervision.

Support the development of clinical practice, and address issues that have arisen from incidents, complaints, audits and external regulator reports.

To provide a collaborative education link between all areas within the Trust to support the development of protocols and guidelines for the care of patients.
