About the role
The Commercial Insurance team at DWF provide high quality commercial advice on a wide range of matters including policy interpretation, FOS matters, property damage (subrogated recoveries and defending), non-injury counter fraud, product liability and professional indemnity.
The role represents an opportunity to act for a variety of high profile insurer companies, while working within a dynamic and fast paced team. DWF have a unique approach to providing legal services and we work with market leaders and the best in the industry, all whilst providing a supportive work environment where you will work collaboratively towards a shared vision.
Responsibilities:
To action cases in line with the department and client's service standards/protocols Deal with technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of more senior team members Use the case management system to progress and update files Progress cases to a satisfactory settlement, whilst meeting strict deadlines Maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you
We are actively seeking applications from candidates who have a real interest in Commercial Insurance and have previous experience of handling a case load to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients.
