Job Description

The AV team is a highly collaborative, honest, supportive and proactive bunch of people who believe in going the extra mile to deliver a job brilliantly done. The team is made up of over 30 hardworking and dedicated people who are above all passionate about media and specifically, TV, Video On Demand, and Cinema. The clients range from large to small in terms of spend and we are able to provide each with the best solution they need for AV. We have weekly meetings as a department and keep each other updated with what is happening. The team are also great at helping each other when needed.

As Account Manager for TV you will work across the TV planning and buying process for high-profile accounts in our business. This role will benefit an ambitious individual who has the vision and skills to help brands through a turbulent marketplace and help them navigate through the hurdles that the AV landscape is facing. You will need to be future-facing and have some knowledge of the latest goings-on in the TV landscape.


You will sit as part of a team and work with your Account Director to develop media strategies and work closely with other investment channels (wider AV, Digital/Publishing & Audio) and with the comms planning team to deliver integrated, innovative and commercially successful plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high quality client and/or media owner service when working with our external partners
  • Work collaboratively with Planning and Investment teams to deliver quality, timely responses for TV planning and buying
  • Be proactive and results-orientated in day-to-day client and/or campaign management
  • Ensuring all AV administration is completed accurately 
  • Using the appropriate systems and technology to get under the skin of audience behaviour and consumption of TV

Qualifications

  • Ability to plan and buy media across TV channels, managing the campaign process from end-to-end
  • Knowledge of the media auditing process 
  • Presentation skills – comfortable presenting regularly to groups of all shapes and sizes
  • Knowledge of the TV media marketplace and the latest innovations.
