Job summary – What to expect:
As a Quality Engineer in our Quality department, you will form part of a team to support Speciality Eye Care (Procornia & No 7) activities.
Reporting directly to the Quality Engineering Manager, the Senior Quality Engineer (QE) holds a role in ensuring the seamless integration of quality assurance processes across the organization.
The scope of the Senior QE's responsibilities encompasses the following, but not limited to;
Quality Management System Integration Activities KPI Definition/Establishment Trending Process Validation Change Control Sampling Regimes Assessment TrainingTravel Requirements :
Travel to other Domestic and International CooperVision sites (~4%)

About you:
We are looking for someone who has previously worked within the medical or life sciences sector who is also strong driver, communicator, and influencer.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or related field or proven Quality background - ideally five years’ exposure to the medical or life sciences sectors. Five years contact lens or process knowledge in QA, and / or manufacturing. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodology Strong, current grasp of medical device regulatory and cGMP requirements - knowledge of FDA and ISO processes specifically would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of and experience with Quality Systems and the eQMS system. Knowledge of FDA cGMP/QSR and ISO Regulations. Applied knowledge of statistical tools: Acceptance Sampling, SPC, etc.What we offer:
