Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

A large and diverse secondary school in Salford is seeking a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves working closely with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing both academic and emotional support to help them thrive in the school environment. You will work alongside teachers and SEN coordinators, offering personalised assistance to students with a variety of needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and behavioural challenges.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the educational and personal development of students with Special Educational Needs. You will also work with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, offering tailored support that addresses their specific challenges, whether academic or behavioural.
