Education andQualifications:

Essential:

  • Attainmentof GCSE C level in English Maths orequivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer skillsincluding MS Office Word &Excel.
  • Competency in utilizing a CRMsystem.

Desirable:

  • Completionof a comprehensive general sales training course with a strongemphasis on customer care.
  • Exposure to themedical field or customer service.
  • Knowledgeand experience in furniturerepair.

Training:

  • Provenexpertise in time and territory management across extensivegeographic regions.
  • Adept at conductingthorough risk assessments and permits towork.
  • Demonstrated ability in generatingdetailed weekly and monthlyreports.

Experience:

  • Accumulateda minimum of two years of handson fieldexperience.
  • Proficient and advanced user of CRMtools.
  • Background in servicing repairing andsuccessful selling within the NHS/medicalsector.
  • Track record of effectively resolvingcustomer issues negotiating prices and implementing discountstrategies.
