Core Responsibilities
  • Teaching & Content Development: Plan and deliver coursework, ensuring all learning objectives are met. Regularly update materials and take a lead role in course management.
  • Student Engagement: Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, actively engaging students and providing constructive feedback.
  • Professional Growth: Stay current in your field and participate in ongoing professional development, including peer reviews and training.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, contributing to a positive academic culture and decision-making processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Academic Background: A degree in Business, Management, or a related field is essential, with a Master's required. A PhD or significant industry experience is preferred.
  • Teaching Credentials: A teaching certificate or equivalent, or a commitment to obtain one within three years. Fellowship in the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in higher education, including student support and supervision both online and in person.
  • Key Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities, with a capacity to prioritize and perform under pressure.
