Sprayer Operator

As asprayer operator, you will be responsible for overseeing dailyspray operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to highstandards. You will ensure compliance with Health and safetyrequirements, while also managing checks and maintenance ofspraying robots and equipment.
TheJob:
-Health and SafetyCompliance: Ensure all work follows health andsafety regulations, including adherence to risk assessments,accurate record-keeping, and safe management of chemical stores andequipment.
- PesticideApplication: Oversee the proper storage,transportation, and application of pesticides, calibrate equipment,and maintain compliance with statutory requirements and COSHHassessments.
- EquipmentMaintenance: Perform pre-use checks and generalmaintenance on spray equipment and machinery, including annualtesting preparation and thorough cleaning.
-Documentation and Reporting: Keep allrecords up-to-date for spraying operations and audits, report anyequipment issues or PPE needs to the line manager, and ensureproper disposal of pesticide containers.
-Professional Development and BestPractices: Maintain NRoSO registration, collect CPDpoints, stay informed about best practices in spray coverage andpest control, and enhance knowledge throughtraining.
TheCandidate:
-Spraying qualifications arehighly desirable (PA1-PA6 etc)
-Experience with roboticspraying would be beneficial but full training will beprovided
-Willingness to work flexible hours, includingweekends and bank holidays
-UK/EU drivinglicense
