Our client is currently recruiting for someone to join their expanding customer service division. They have an immediate opening for Confident, Charismatic and Dynamic individuals who have a passion for customer service and are excited to join a growing company and work on some amazing projects representing some of the UK’s best-known brands.

Through in-person presentations and engaging conversations, they help grab customers' attention, simultaneously increasing brand awareness and market share for their clients. They are experts in customer acquisition, and they have gained a reputation for delivering both quality and quantity results. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the top of their agenda, and that’s where you come in.

 

Customer Service Representative Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, utilising extensive training to possess in-depth knowledge about all products and services offered by the clients.
  • Ensure that every customer interaction is personalised, making each individual feel valued and special from the moment they engage with the client's brand. Customer interactions will take place in pre allocated locations engaging with customers where they live, work or shop.
  • Proactively generate enthusiasm and interest around the client's products and services, effectively creating a buzz within a pre allocated chosen market and handling all aspects of new customer sign ups. 
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, understanding their preferences, and addressing their concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilise insights gained from customer interactions to drive new customer acquisitions by identifying opportunities to fulfil unmet needs and provide tailored solutions.
