DNA Recruit is working with a dynamic company specializing in innovative solutions for Workspace, Property, Brand, and Cultural experiences. They're seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing & Communications Lead to drive their brand growth and engagement across multiple sectors.
 
Role Overview:
As the Marketing & Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with their business goals. You will oversee campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and brand management efforts, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, and events.
  • Generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create engaging content, including social media posts, whitepapers, blog articles, videos, and event promotions.
  • Manage and maintain our brand identity across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Oversee data management and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in event planning and management is a plus.

This position is perfect for a strategic marketing professional passionate about innovation. The candidate will focus on delivering impactful campaigns, lead generation, and cross-sector growth. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be self-motivated to create and execute campaign ideas as the sole marketing person, supported by the wider company team. The successful candidate will have experience in campaign management, content creation, event planning, and data analytics, focusing on building the Engage Works brand across multiple regions and industries.
