Situated in the leafy residential area of Port Glasgow, we provide residential and nursing care for up to 51 residents.

Care Assistant Contract 

  •          £12.10 per hour.
  •          Contracted to 33 -hours per week.
  •          Pension.
  •          5.6 weeks annual leave.
  •          Paid PVG.
  •          Onsite parking.
  •          Uniform provided.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while respecting their dignity and preferences.
  • Support Daily Activities: Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal support, and mobility, tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere, making sure residents feel valued and connected.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow team members and contribute to a supportive and effective care environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal, but we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who are enthusiastic about working with the elderly.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Values: Integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.
