Please find below requirementand let me know your interest Sr Business Analyst with Capital Markets andCollateral exp Location:Boston MA OnsiteDuration: Long term Role name: Senior BusinessConsultant RoleDescription: Lead very complex and challenging business/systemrequirements working session by facilitating strategic usermeetings. Work with business team to understand requirements anddevelop wireframes and articulate the vision to the developmentteam and oversee endtoend development lifecycle. Responsible fordesigning and executing an endtoend data and process flow workingwith both the business and development team. Establishing endtoendconnectivity across the ecosystem including SWIFT. Decomposeabstract and complex details/concepts into business and functionalrequirements that can be understood by the stakeholders (i.e. endusers developers testers etc.) Document project requirements andother project related documents with clear and concise languageconsistent with methodology framework. Work with the project teamto develop and manage project plans including issue resolution andrisk mitigation Consult with users developers testers andimplementation specialists. Direct the development of end usertraining plans (business level) user acceptance test plans andimplementation plans; communicates to senior management andbusiness representatives. Instruct guide and supervise project teamin the resolution of issues risks and impediments. Partner withtechnology and business managers providing overall strategicleadership in developing and maintaining disciplined processes.Ensure governance with the project methodology standardsdocumentation and approvals (e.g. project artifacts tollgates etc.)Manage participation from required stakeholders to ensure accuratedeliverables Manage cross team dependencies with other business andIT areas. Competencies: Business Analysis Capital Markets andFinancial Services Experience(Years): 10& Above EssentialSkills: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in technology finance business orequivalent. At least 10 years of related professional financialservices and project management experience. Background in softwareimplementation in the Financial Services industry working as aBusiness Analyst and/or Product Owner. Experience in Colline ApexCloud Margin etc would be a plus. Good working knowledge ofrelational and object stores with handson SQL experience. Excellentknowledge of Trade Flows Security Reference & Market DataValuations Benchmark Data and designing endtoend operational dataflow architecture. Development experience in Collateral Managementapplications is highly desired. Experience in custody andsettlement workflows using SWIFT for security & cash movements.Proven experience implementing financial systems using standardizedSDLC methodologies and tools (e.g. AGILE). Superior verbal andwritten communication skills presentation and facilitation skills.Very strong management project management and leadership skills.High Level of proficiency in Excel Access VBA and Visio tools wouldbe desired.
