Get Golfing CIO, one of the UK’s fastest-growing golf and hospitality operators, is looking for a Golf and Sales Manager to support the growth of its 13 venues and well beyond the current £22 million annual revenue. 

Sherfield Oaks is seen as a community hub, engaging and supporting local people and businesses through a range of activities and initiatives. Our approach of high quality golf in a welcoming and relaxing environment is key to our success. 

This exciting role would see the successful candidate join an organisation of c400 staff where professional training and personal development is core to our values.

As the golf and sales manager you will be accountable for membership and golf days sales.

Basic of £30,000k plus bonus of circa £20,000

Requirements

Key areas of responsibility: 

  • Driving golf day, membership, and sponsorship sales.
  • Seamlessly onboarding and integrating new members.
  • Overseeing golf communications and marketing strategies.
  • Elevating customer experiences.
  • Hosting and engaging with our community.
  • Outreach and business development. 

You will need: 

  • A passion for sales and ability to build relationships. 
  • Strong work ethic and an understanding of the demands of golf management.  
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • An acute eye for detail.
  • Able to manage time effectively, work remotely and to prioritise actions.
  • A genuine passion for golf. 
  • Hold a current driver’s license.
