As an SEN (Special Educational Needs) Tutor based in Surrey, South East England, you will be responsible for providing tailored academic support to students with special educational needs. This is a temporary part-time position, with an hourly rate of £20 - £25.
Job Duties:- Deliver one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions to students with special educational needs.
- Create individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and learning styles.
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals involved in the students' education.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual needs.
A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in the field.
Experience:Prior experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role is essential.
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of special educational needs and different learning styles.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual students.
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis in Surrey, South East England. The ability to travel to different locations to provide tutoring services may be required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
