It’s an exciting time to be joining Jigsaw Insurance, as we continue to expand the team and provide a range of products and services to in excess of 200,000 customers. This ethos promotes creativity throughout the business and ensures we do not rest on our laurels. 

This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.

Responsibilities: 

Travel bookings and accommodation for colleagues. Diary management for Senior Management. Provide an ongoing and up to date Facilities budget which includes costings for stationery, office furniture, annual air conditioning contract, cleaning contract and general office maintenance. Assist Manager with Company Events. General Health & Safety General Housekeeping Lead on Wellbeing Champion

Experience:

Excellent organisational and administration skills Capable of working individually, as well as part of a team Accurate with attention to detail Ability to work within a busy environment and be comfortable with a hands-on role Working knowledge of MS applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
