My client is looking for a strong administrator with great attention to detail to join them as a
Distribution Assistant. As a distribution Assistant you will be working in the Despatch Department ensuring all products go out on time and correctly. It is crucial to ensure all goods in and out are processed to meet the company standard and customer expectations.

Distribution Assistant Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check paperwork and products for despatch
  • To work with and alongside all couriers, to ensure lead times are met.
  • Picking and Packing orders for both UK and Export.
  • Monthly and annual stock take of all stock items
  • To ensure all products are completion checked and labelled
  • To reject and highlight non-conforming products.

Distribution Assistant Person Specification:

  • High level in attention to details
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support
