We are delighted to announce that we have a brand-new opportunity to join our Operational Risk team as an Operational Risk & Resilience Manager.

Reporting to Senior Risk Specialists this position will be responsible for our day-to-day management of the PPF’s Operational Resilience and Business Continuity programme. This includes supporting the identification of external/ emerging risks and developing and maintaining the PPF’s suite of response resources for example business continuity plans and incident playbooks. In addition, the Operational Risk & Resilience Manager undertakes a regular programme of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) check-ins, risk aggregation and reporting.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within operational risk management, preferably in a professional services or financial services environment and they will hold, be studying for or are preparing to study for a Business Continuity Planning Certification. The role requires close liaison and collaboration with business stakeholders, so we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and develop relationships both internally and externally.
