RequirementsWhatWe Are LookingFor
  • Excellent technicalknowledge in Electrical Design Engineering and interdisciplinarydesign across all projectstages.
  • Proficient in usingstandards and codes for buildingservices.
  • Knowledge of WiringRegulations Fire Detection Systems General and Emergency Lightingdesign.
  • Experience conducting MEPbuilding services surveys with minimalsupervision.
  • Ability to peer reviewwith a strong understanding of regulatory and standardsdocumentation.
  • Experience working ona variety of projects through different RIBA stages includingexisting buildings.
  • Ability toundertake essential calculations apply electrical theory andunderstand 3phase LVsystems.
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients project managers andcontractors.
  • Previous consultancyexperience appreciating the value of complementary specialisms suchas acoustics and fireengineering.
  • Autonomous approach:able to lead small to medium projects and support largeprojects.
  • Chartered engineer orclose to achieving it.
  • Strongmentoring and supervisory skills for junior staffmembers.
